Anirudh 'Rudy' Nair
Rudy is a performer, director, and teacher. Having completed his MA in Theatre Practice at the University of Exeter, he has been working professionally in the performing arts for over 15 years collaborating with practitioners across India and overseas. He is a co-founder of Guild of the Goat alongside Amba, and is a regular visiting faculty member at the Drama School Mumbai.

Ishita holds a Master’s in Gender Studies from Ambedkar University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Delhi. She has worked with feminist media platforms and grassroots organisations, bringing a strong gender lens and contextual understanding to the Foundation’s work.

Geetu Bharadwaj is the Center Manager at Incentive Foundation, leading our Bandhwari center for over a decade. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Hindi and brings deep commitment to her work. Her strong leadership and structured approach ensure a smooth, well-organized, and chaos-free environment at the center.
